WOW!! 2014 is here!
- Dec 31, 2013 ArchiveTomorrow brings a new beginning when we all enter the New Year. I always look forward to a new year, for life gives us so much excitement and opportunities, and a new year brings that all into focus. A New Year gives each one of us a chance to set new goals and plans.
The real estate market has improved overall and most real estate schools and brokerage firms have done better in 2013 than they did in 2012. So as we move into the New Year, we can look back at the positives for 2013 and how it will carry into 2014. It seems that the foreclosure inventory is being closed out, interest rates seem to be stable, the government shut down issue has waned somewhat, the Affordable Care Act is here to stay and our country has withdrawn from Iraq and troops are coming home from Afghanistan in large numbers.
Some polls don't reflect some positives attitudes but the trend certainly has improved from 2011, 2012 and 2013. We in the real estate school business see more than most the attitude of people regarding the real estate industry and how it reflects optimism or pessimistic outlook. The number of applicants has increase in 2013 by a huge number over 2012.
So let us get excited, 2014 is here. What an opportunity each of us have to enjoy life and find happiness.
